Involving the Father: We welcome and encourage the father to be as involved in the labor and birth process as he feels comfortable with—whether that means acting as your primary labor support, catching the baby, or simply being quietly present.
True Informed Consent: You decide if and when to have tests or procedures. We also practice true delayed cord clamping—waiting until the cord naturally stops pulsing, rather than just waiting 30 to 90 seconds.
The "Golden Hour" Comes First: We believe the first hour after birth belongs entirely to you and your baby. As long as your newborn is thriving, we delay the newborn exam so you can bond, gaze, and cuddle without rush or interruption.
Bedside Newborn Care: When it is time for the newborn exam, it is done right at your bedside so you never have to lose sight of your baby.

Extra Comforts & Care

We treat your home and your memories with the utmost respect. We will gladly use your phone or camera to capture those first priceless moments for you. Before we leave, we make sure your trash is taken out and the birth laundry is already in the washing machine—leaving your space just as clean as we found it.

Baby's Growth & Well-being: We check fundal measurements (tracking your baby's growth) and listen to fetal heart tones and cord sounds.
Nutritional Support & Functional Fitness: We treat pregnancy as a time for active health and staying fit, rather than a medical crisis. Through personalized dietary guidance and natural supplements, we help you build the physical strength and stamina needed for birth. Lab Review & Support: If you choose to have lab work or screenings done, we review and explain the findings clearly. Your choice to decline any test or procedure is always fully supported.
